All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Refund Policy
How to request a refund
Contact blockchainvain@gmail.com with the account email and payment date. Do not send full card numbers or sensitive banking credentials.
Access after reversal
A full refund revokes paid workspace access. A payment dispute may suspend access while it is reviewed. Access may be restored when Stripe reports that a dispute was won and the payment was not refunded.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Financial institutions control how long the credit takes to appear.
