Service scope
Funding Society provides educational calculators and a user-controlled planning, document-organization, and application record-keeping workspace. It is not a lender, credit broker, marketplace, referral service, credit repair organization, credit monitoring service, credit counselor, financial adviser, or law firm. It does not select or recommend lenders, accept or transmit credit applications, assess approval odds, underwrite credit, negotiate terms, or make or influence credit decisions.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use dispute features only for legitimate inaccuracies. You may not misuse the service, upload malicious or unlawful material, impersonate another person, or attempt unauthorized access.
Payment and access
The current one-time purchase is governed by the checkout disclosure: One-time purchase provides access for the lifetime of the Funding Society service, subject to the Terms and account compliance.. Digital workspace access begins after successful payment and account verification. The price and USD currency are displayed before payment. Stripe processes the transaction; Funding Society does not store full payment-card details. Refunds are governed by the published Refund Policy.
Third-party services
Banking, credit-data, payment, storage, and email features may depend on third-party providers and their separate terms. Funding Society is not responsible for a provider's independent decisions, availability, or lending determinations.
Disclaimers and limitation
Educational estimates may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties and liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
Suspension, changes, and law
Access may be suspended for fraud, chargebacks, security threats, or material violations. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of Connecticut, United States of America, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
