Plan and reconcile take-home income, spending, irregular bills, and savings for one calendar month.
Template updated October 24, 2026. Your entries stay in this page until you close or reload it; they are not saved or submitted. Download a blank CSV to keep a file, or use your browser's Print / Save as PDF command to preserve the filled page.
- Choose one month and use take-home income. Replace or add categories in the downloaded CSV as needed.
- Enter planned and actual amounts. Add outflows, then subtract them from income; the CSV has no automatic formulas.
- Check bill dates against deposit dates. Keep required debt payments separate from new purchases already counted in spending.
- Review the largest differences and set a date to check the plan again.
